Homemade Pizza UNBAKED

A homemade pizza!!!!!! This was such an expensive thing to make... and time consuming too but it was SOOOOOOO worth making! I'd say its Better then PAPA JOHNS! LMAO! OKAY so, i had to buy ALOT of ingredients to make this. all the toppings ofcourse: mozarella cheese, san marzano tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, pepperoni, portabella mushrooms, some seasonings, flour, yeast... and a few more i think? This is what it looks like before i baked it!

OK, First I had to make teh crust... which of course i did from scratch. I had to make it before hand and let it rise twice before spreading it out to make a pizza shape. i made so much i ended up making two pizzas with the ammount of dough i had.

Second, I made the sauce. Now for the sauce i wanted to make good sauce and the secret to making good tomato sauce is San Marzano tomatoes! You can only get them canned in the grocery isle really... atleast in the states anyway. They don't have seeds or stems and they are already skinned which makes them perfect for making tomatoe sauce. I added some seasonings and let it simmer for about 30 mins.

Then once those two were done i place the dough on a pizza plate, spread it out and laddled the sauce on top. Then the fun part was placing all the yummy toppings! I liked cheese inside my crust so i stuffed real mozarella inside the edges of the crust! it was awesome! it all came out beautifully!!
