Bento 12

Today's bento
(top tray)
Baby back Ribs (dry and from restaraunt), Ham rose with Lettace for garnish.

(bottom tray)
Two halves of egg, left over restaraunt shrimp, some white and milk chocolate swirls chips, two sweet n' low candies.

Note: Baby back ribs can come in dry or wet. wet is where it has that BBQ sauce all sloshed on top after cooked. Dry is where the BBQ/flavoring is added during the cooking process and served WITHOUT added sauce. I like Dry BBQ. Note that BBQ that you make at home is not TRUE bbq...thats just plain grilling. Real BBQ is slowly cooked over a long period of time using specific wood (depending on the cook/restaraunt's preference). Anyway, my Baby back ribs are left overs from the restaraunt i ate at for lunch today.
