ANOTHER BAKING ADVENTURE THIS WEEKEND! Lately i've been watching ALOT of Ochikeron's videos on youtube and they are all so cute and fun! This time I tried to make her Egg-free Soy donuts! This was very easy to make! and it was a lot of fun decorating them once they cooled down. unfortunately i was limited on my choice of decorations so its chocolate, pink and purple (which is pink with blue food coloring.) There are only two things that i'm not fully satisfied with. One being the hole... when you make the hole in the donut you have to make it BIG otherwise it'll come out like the smaller donuts in the picture. So make the donut with a huge hole because when you fry it it'll puff up and become nice looking. don't worry about making it perfectly round either, the puffing up will take care of that. The second thing would be the taste. Its alright but plain. There isn't much flavor to it without the frosting. Not much sugar either. But It tastes alright and looks very cute.

I think next time instead of the soy milk it calls for i will try to use regular milk. And replace the oil with egg!
