Japanese Karerice and Karepan. I made this useing Runnyrunny999's recipe on youtube. The taste is healthy and light and delicous. If you are worried about the tofu, trust me... you will not even notice or taste it. Tofu doens't have much of a taste anyway. i used canned tomato just like how runny did because i like tomato chunks. it is not a very strong flavor, its kind of light but if you want more flavor i would suggest to add a little bit of salt and pepper. i think thats all it needs really. I personally like this curry! i wouldn't really do anything different next time i make it. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Karepan the best!!!!!!!! i used regular bread that was kept in my fridge for like... ever, i even think it past the expiration date? (by keeping store bought bread in the fridge it keeps a long time. doesn't even mold provided you keep it away from moisture) but my bread was becoming a tad dry and started cumbling when i cut it and made it into the curry pan, but after being careful and frying it and letting it cool... it was the BEST THING EVER AND I LOOOOVE IT! totally would make Karepan again!
