Bento 66
For this Bento i used a ceramic container i bought from the Hong Kong Market near me. It has a this special lid with a hole at the top for steaming the food and the bottom is flat. I have another one just like it with pink sakura designs on it. It contains half nishiki rice, black sesame seeds, and Rotel tomatos. Other half contains deep fried pork cutlet strips, quail egg, edimame, and baby corn. beneath all of this is a lettace leaf to keep the oil from the pork from touching the rice.

For the sake of asking, what do quail eggs taste like?
I'm not sure if I could find them anywhere around here, so if I were to make this I'd probably substitute it with chicken eggs; but it looks amazing, excellent work. ^_^
