It's looks delicious but.. As I recall some people say that making sushi bento is tricky. Specially when your taking it out somewhere. How would you avoid spoilage of the salmon?
all it is is nishiki brand rice with cooked salmon inside of it and shaped into a triangle. i didn't do anything special for them. you can use jasmine rice but it'll take more time to mold them.
