It's looks delicious but.. As I recall some people say that making sushi bento is tricky. Specially when your taking it out somewhere. How would you avoid spoilage of the salmon?

Bento icepacks to keep it cool during travel till i can put it back in a fridge. but this one i ate right away at home so i didn't need icepacks

hmm.. I might look into this further because I don't want my warm bento to be mixed with the cold and I don't like bring lots of baggage.

all it is is nishiki brand rice with cooked salmon inside of it and shaped into a triangle. i didn't do anything special for them. you can use jasmine rice but it'll take more time to mold them.
